Eggs in a Nest

These are a  guest favorite  Make at least 2 per person.

Spray individual broche tins with non stick spray.

Cut Phylo dough into two inch squares.   Line the broche tins with phylo dough brushed with butter.  I usually use about 10 to 15 squares per tin.  You just want to make sure that the tin is well lined.

Fill the lined tin with one egg. Sprinkle a little cheese on top. Add a few snips of chives or green onion.

Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes until the egg is set, be careful to not over cook the egg.

Gently pop the nest out of the tin and enjoy!
